
As the Tayside Medical History Museum (like the rest of the University of Dundee’s museums and galleries) is closed during lockdown, curator Matthew Jarron has been making a series of weekly videos exploring highlights from the University collections. One of these focuses on the pioneering x-ray experiments undertaken at Dundee and the heavy price paid by Dundee Royal Infirmary’s first radiologist Dr George Pirie caused by over-exposure to x-rays.
